Shipping policy

Made to order
Nearly everything we sell is made by hand after you order. Please allow 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) for us to make your piece before it ships.

Delivery
Orders ship via USPS. Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, so most orders arrive within 6–10 business days of ordering.

Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Tracking
When your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Holiday orders
For delivery by Christmas, please order by Thursday, December 10. We'll make and ship later orders as quickly as we can, but we can't guarantee holiday delivery.

Missing or damaged packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of your shipping email, or arrives damaged, email us at brindlesx2@gmail.com with your name and order number and we'll look into it right away.
